Finkelstein are able to assist homeowners with a wide variety of real estate problems through a networking team of experts and a sterling reputation in the community.

Getting to know Neal B. Finkelstein

Neal initially received his real estate sales license in 1980 after he graduated from high school (FL License #SL345934). Neal then received his Bachelor Degree in Business Management from San Diego State University in 1985 and began his post college career in the hospitality industry working for chains such as Sheraton, Intercontinental, and Ramada hotels.  He went on to get a Florida license in massage therapy in 1989 with a specialty in sports massage  in 1990. Neal worked at the Lipton Tennis Tournament in Key Biscayne, FL throughout the 1990s performing sports massage on elite athletes such as Ivan Lendl and Stephen Edberg, both who were ranked #1 in the world at the time. Neal went on to get a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida International University in 1992 and a second Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of North Florida in 2003. He is an author of a book called “If I Only Knew They Had Chocolate Chip cookies in Heaven” and a composer of “The Kneel Bee Sym-Funny” which is a comedic piece of music. Although new to the Real Estate Investing Community, Neal has made an investment into his Real Estate education, surrounded himself with a great team of highly experienced individuals, and  is very organized with strong interpersonal skills. He has a long track record of helping people in many various arenas and looks forward to helping you with your real estate needs.

Getting to know Cynthia L. Finkelstein

Cynthia is a certified Life Coach and Professional Home Organizer through the American School for Professional Life Coaching in 2010. Her experience in helping others, however, actually goes back to her early childhood as at a very young age, she enjoyed arranging items in her parents’ home. In her twenties, Cynthia worked as a fashion retail manager at various well-known department stores in the Northeast such as Macy’s, G Fox, and Filene’s organizing departments down to the smallest items. After her marriage to Neal in 1995, she began working more deeply in the community, helping others with home organization and other life coaching issues.  Due to her strong background in home organization, Cynthia has a talent for seeing properties and making them into beautiful homes. Among her other hobbies is growing her own garden from which her family enjoys eating from and landscaping using various colors to enhance a home’s outer appearance. She, too, has strong interpersonal people skills and has an extremely caring, warm personality.
